- You need 100 gm of cauliflower.
- Prepare 100 gm of potato.

- You need 2 tbsp of cashewnuts pieces/ or 6-8 whole cashewnuts.
- You need 2 cups of water.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- It's 2 of green chillies.
- It's 1/2 of " ginger piece.
- Prepare 2 tbsp of grated fresh coconut.
- Prepare 3 of garlic flakes.

Veg Handi/Handi Subzi step by step
- First grind masala paste..in mixer jar add & grind all mentioned ingredients for it. Finely chopped onion, keep aside. Chopped french beans, potato, cauliflower into big pieces. Mix chopped onion, all dry spices, cashewnuts with grinded masala paste..
- In handi add 2 cup of water, keep for boiling. Add ghee into it. Add and mix onion and spices mixture in it..
- Add and mix all chopped vegetables and salt. Cover with lid (with water) and cook on slow flame, in between stirring occasionally.(Add more water if necessary). It will take 30-35 mins for vegetables to fully cooked. Remove from flame..
- Serve Hot Veg Handi/Handi Subzi with parathas..
