Ingredients of Suji Appam
- Prepare 1 cup of suji.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of curd.
- It's 1 of Tomato.
- You need 1 of Onion.
- Prepare 1 of Capsicum.
- You need 1/2 tbsp of salt.
- You need 2 tbsp of malai.
- It's 1/4 of black pepper.
- You need Pinch of Red Chilli Powder.
Suji Appam instructions
- First let us prepare batter for appam take rava in big mixing bowl and 1/2 cup of curd.stir until mixed well.
- Chop onion,tomato and capsicum and add it into batter.
- Add salt, black pepper mix every thing well.
- If batter is too thick add some water to it make it thin.
- Tje consistency is now correct and keep aside the batter for 10mins for set..
- The batter is almost ready now add baking soda at the end Mix it well but dont stir it much.
- The batter is now done and ready to make appam pour drop 2 to 3 drops on appam maker.
- Now pour 1 teaspoon batter in each mould and cover and let them keep for 3 min in medium flame.
