Sandesh step by step
- Boil the milk in a pan and let it cool for 5 mins..
- Add some lemon juice to the milk till the milk curdles and whey separates..
- Sieve the chhena in a cloth and wash with water well to remove the smell of lemon..
- Put the chhena in a plate,add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and then knead it well for 10 mins till smooth..
- After the mix is smooth, put it in a non stick pan and saute it for 4-5 minutes to remove the raw smell of chhena..
- Take it out again in plate and let it cool a little. Knead it lightly and make into small balls and flatten them a little..
- Garnish with chopped pistachios and serve them cold..
