Ingredients of Chanar Sondesh
- It's 1 liter of milk.
- It's 1/2 cup of powderd sugar.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of sweet condensed milk.
- It's 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need 2 tsp of lemon juice.
- Prepare as needed of crushed pistachios for garnishing.
Chanar Sondesh instructions
- Heat the milk on low flame by stirring in between..
- When it get boiled add lemon juice for curdling the milk..
- With the help of a thin cotton cloth separate the milk whey and curdle..
- Wash the curdle with water to remove sourness of lemon. And keep it for1/2 hour to remove excess of water..
- Now knead the curdle with the palm for 5 to 10 minute to make it smooth and soft..
- Now add powdered sugar and cardamom powder and mix it properly..
- Now take a nonstick pan cook this mixture for 2 to 3 minutes by continues stirring on low flame. Now add condensed milk and cook it for 5 minutes to make a thick paste..
- Let it cool slightly. And make equal sized samll ball..
- Press the ball slightly to make sondesh..
- Garnish it with crushed pistachios..
