Ingredients of Beef Haleem
- Prepare 1/2 kg. of Beef under cut.
- Prepare 1/2 kg. of Bones.
- You need 2 cup. of Oil.
- You need 2 tbs. of ginger garlic paste.
- Prepare 250gm. of Onions.
- It's 1 pack of whole grain haleem mix any brand..
- It's of Coriander leave..
- It's of Mint leaves..
- Prepare 3 to 5. of Green chillis.
- It's 1 inch. of Ginger piece.
- Prepare of Chaat masalah..
- You need 2 medium. of Lemon.
Beef Haleem instructions
- Take a big pan..on the flame..heat the pan...Add 1 cup oil...
- Add ginger garlic garlic paste..cook slightly...
- Wash well the beef with bones..add all into the pan...
- Let it cooked until beef changes it's colour and oil is seperated...
- Add 4 glass water cook it on slow flame until it is half done...
- Meanwhile wash the whole grain and soak it abt 1 hour...
- Add the grain mix in half cooked beef...
- Add more water and leave it cooking whole night..aprox 6 to 8 hours...
- Make sure there is enough water not to be stucked at bottom..if soo put off the flame..leave to rest then it will automatically leave the bootom..
- The next mournig take out the bones throw them out.. Start blending by special blending spoon called.. #GHOTA...
- Take another small pan add some oil and saute the masala pack..add it into the whole stuff...
- As haleem rakes lots of time to cook we cannot add masala in the begining it will became dark and bitter....
- Keep blending until All ingrdients become smooth...
- As you get your desired consistancy Dish out..
- Fry some onions in the remaining oil for baghar...
- Garnish it with brown onions...Ginger..lemon.. coriande..mint leave and chaat madala....
