- Take milk in a heavy bottomed pan and bring it to boil..
- Simmer the flame to low and let the milk boil till it is reduced to one third. Keep it stirring at regular intervals..
- Add sugar and switch off the flame when sugar is dissolved.
- Keep the thickened milk in fridge to be chilled for 2 hrs..
- Mix cheese, nuts and cardamom powder in it and again keep the kheer in fridge.
