- You need 100 gm of green chilli.
- You need 3 tablespoon of mustard oil.
- You need 2 teaspoon of mustard seeds.
- It's 1 teaspoon of Cumin seeds.
- It's 1/2 teaspoon of methi dana /fenugreek seeds.
- It's 1 teaspoon of coriander seeds.
- It's 3 teaspoon of saunf/ fennel seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 teaspoon of haldi/Turmeric powder.
- Prepare 3 teaspoon of salt.
- It's 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
Masala Mirch step by step
- Wash green chilli with water and dry them.
- Slit them from the center to separate the two parts but keep the stem intact to hold it together. You can remove the seeds inside it if you don't like spicy..
- Take all the masala and grind them into powder.
- Place a kadai on flame and heat the oil into it..
- When oil gets heated, lower the flame and add the green chilies.Mix well for a minute..
- Now add the masala powder into it. Saute well for 2-3 minutes.
- Green chillies are tender, now add lemon in it.
- Masala chilli is ready..
