Aaloo Masala puri step by step

  1. Mix all the ingredients of puri section and knead it into a stiff dough..
  2. Heat little oil in a pan and add green chillies, cumin seeda and hing..
  3. Now add chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste and salt..
  4. Cook onion on medium flame until it becomes transparent..
