Ingredients of Masala Ghee  Rice

  1. Prepare 1 cup of boiled rice.
  2. You need 1 of chopped onion.
  3. You need of Few fried cashew nuts.
  4. It's 2 tbsp of ghee.
  5. You need leaves of Few curry.
  6. It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder.
  8. It's 1 of chopped green chilly.
  9. You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
  10. It's to taste of Salt.

Masala Ghee  Rice instructions

  1. Heat ghee in kadai. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Let it crackle for few minutes.
  2. Add chopped onion fry till it becom light brown in colour. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cashw nuts and salt. Saute it for few minutes.
  3. First boil the rice. Once it is done. Keep aside. Add boiled rice...
  4. Mixed it properly. Fry for 3 minutes. Once it done..
  5. Transfer to a serving plate. Garnish with broken cashew nuts and coriander leaves. Masala ghee rice is Ready to serve....with any pickle.
