- Prepare 1 cup of boiled rice.
- You need 1 of chopped onion.
- You need of Few fried cashew nuts.
- It's 2 tbsp of ghee.
- You need leaves of Few curry.
- It's 1/2 tsp of cumin seeds.
- Prepare 1/2 tsp of red chilly powder.
- It's 1 of chopped green chilly.
- You need 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder.
- It's to taste of Salt.

- Heat ghee in kadai. Add cumin seeds and curry leaves. Let it crackle for few minutes.
- Add chopped onion fry till it becom light brown in colour. Add red chilly powder, turmeric powder, cashw nuts and salt. Saute it for few minutes.
