- Soak rice and dal for overnight..
- Drain the water and add in a grinder and make a batter..
- Take rest for batter for 7-8 hours..
- Heat oil in a wok add green chilli and saute it,now add onion and saute till golden in colour add tomato and cook for 2-3 minutes..
- Add all ingredients in a mixer and make a paste for chutney..
- Grease oil on tava pour dosa batter and make a dosa,shallow fry till golden in colour,fill potato mixture and wrape..
