  1. Take 8 pieces of cleaned fish pieces, cut in finger like pieces and marinate with salt, 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon of red chilli powder and salt..
  2. Keep aside for 15 minutes..
  3. Heat 3 tablespoon of mustard oil and shallow fry the fish pieces to golden brown..
  4. Clean and trim the vindi. I used little long size vindi..
  5. Heat 1 tablespoon of mustard oil and stir fry the vindi in high heat for about 3-4 minutes..
  6. Transfer to a plate and in the same pan temper 1/2 reason of fenugreek seeds in 2 tablespoon of oil..

  11. Next add in some cherry tomatoes and cook for further 3-4 minutes..

  13. Pour 2 cups of hot water, cook for about 5 more minutes in medium heat. The curry is ready now..
