- Prepare 2 of Lamb Kidneys.

- Prepare 1 of small bunch Mint Leaves chopped.
- You need 2-3 of Onions thinly sliced.

- Prepare 4-5 tbsp of Oil.

- Clean all the mixed parts and apply ginger garlic paste and salt to it. Keep it aside for atleast 30 minutes. Heat Oil in a Pressure Cooker. This can be done without a Cooker too if the meat is tender. But it requires a little bit more of your time..
- Saute Onions until translucent. Add all the spices and the marinated mixed parts and meat to the cooker..
- Pressure cook until done for 6 to 7 whistles. Do not cook for a long time. Let the pressure settle down before opening the lid. Saute it on a high heat stirring continuously until Oil starts floating on top. Adjust Salt and garnish with lots of freshly chopped Coriander Leaves.
