- It's 1/4 tsp of turmeric.

- Add all ingredients except flours and food colour to chicken in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken and rest aside for 2 hours or overnight.
- Now add all 3 flours and red colour (optional) to chicken and mix well.
- Drop marinated chicken in hot oil and deep fry over low- medium heat until golden brown. Fry chicken in batches.
- Fry curry leaves over low heat unti crisp.
- Garnish chicken with crisp curry leaves and serve hot with lemon wedges.
