Ingredients of Fish Biryani

  1. Prepare 6 pieces of fish (surmai).
  2. It's 1 kg of basmati rice (soaked in water for 1 hr).
  3. Prepare 1 of bay leaf.
  4. Prepare as needed of Oil.
  5. You need to taste of Salt.
  6. You need as needed of Ghee.
  7. Prepare 1/2 cup of Fried onion.
  8. You need 2 of Tomatoes.
  9. It's 1 of lemon juice.
  10. You need 1 cup of curd.
  11. You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
  12. Prepare 1/2 tsp of Haldi.
  13. Prepare 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  14. It's 1 tsp of Garam masala powder.
  15. Prepare 1 tsp of Daniya jeera powder.
  16. Prepare 1cup of Hara masala(green chilli, coriander, mint leaves, garlic,gingr).
  17. It's 2 tbsp of Saffron milk.

Fish Biryani step by step

  1. Boil water in that put whole spices, salt, ghee and after dat put soaked basmati rice.
  2. After it get cooked drain it and put aside.
  3. In a bowl put fish salt red chilli powder, lemon juice, adrak lasun paste, and marinate it and keep aside for 15 mins.after dat half fry it and keep aside.
  4. In a vessel put oil adrak lasun paste, fried onion(barista), tomatoes, curd, hara masala, lal mirch powder, danya jeera powder, garam masala powder, in it put fried fish and cook fr 15 mins.
  5. Then remove fried fish from dat thn keep it aside.
  6. In dat vessel of masala put the cooked rice then put saffron milk thn put fried fish on it and leave melted ghee from sides and fr decor u can garnish it with mint leaves and coriander and barista(fried onion).
