  2. Now grease one cake tin of rectangle shape or any pot. Keep your steamer ready. You can steam in any kadhai or pan. Sprinkle some kesar strands and sliced pistachio on greased tin. Now pour the prepared mixture in greased tin and steam for 15-20 mins..
  3. Let it cool down and keep in refrigerator for 2 hours, take it out carefully on a plate and cut in square shapes..

Now the fresh rasgulla is ready. Even you can fill it with milk kova inside the rasgulla for different taste. Making paneer with spoiled milk is a great way of putting spoiled milk to great use. Keep the cloth in a plate that has holes in it. A rice cooker steam basket is an ideal tool to do that.
