- Marinate chicken with red chilli powder,turmeric powder,garam masala,salt and hang curd..
- Keep in the freeze for 45 mins..
- Heat oil in a wok..
- Add rice flour in the marinated chicken and deep fry all the chicken pieces till brown..
- 4 - 6 batch wise fry all the chicken pieces..
- Flip it..
- Again heat oil in a same pan..
- Add cumin /jeera seeds to crackle..
- Add chopped garlic and stir fry for one mins..
- Add 8 - 10 curry leaves,green chilli and garlic paste and some water..
- Add red chilli powder,garam masala powder and curd..
- Add sugar and salt and add some water..
- Add chicken pieces into the gravy and mix well..
- Garnish with curry leaves and green chilli..
