- Now heat the another pan with adding ghee and oil..
- Side by side make gujiya. Make small balls from the dough. Roll it then put gravy in the centre of the roll and fold it. Do the same for all and keep it near the oven..
- Now put ghee and oil in the pan, heat it, fry all gujiya.
- Delicious gujiya is ready for serving..
