  1. Take a mixing bowl, add maida,salt and ghee and crumble the mixture. Add water and make a tight and smooth dough. Cover it with samp cloth and Let it rest for 20 mins..
  2. Meanwhile will make stuffing. For that take a pan add khoya, let it melt. Add desiccated coconut and mix well. Add rating and cardamom powder and cook it for 2-3 mins. Let it cool completely and add sugar and mix it well. Our stuffing is ready..
  3. Now take the dough and make small balls out of it. Roll it thin from all the sides, take gujiya mould add 1 tsp of stuffing and cover it and cut the extra part of dough..

  5. Now make sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in one pan. Keep stirring until sugar gets completely dissolve. Add two drop of food colour.Boil it for 5-7 mins after dissolving the sugar.
