- Take a mixing bowl, add maida,salt and ghee and crumble the mixture. Add water and make a tight and smooth dough. Cover it with samp cloth and Let it rest for 20 mins..
- Meanwhile will make stuffing. For that take a pan add khoya, let it melt. Add desiccated coconut and mix well. Add rating and cardamom powder and cook it for 2-3 mins. Let it cool completely and add sugar and mix it well. Our stuffing is ready..

- Now make sugar syrup by adding water and sugar in one pan. Keep stirring until sugar gets completely dissolve. Add two drop of food colour.Boil it for 5-7 mins after dissolving the sugar.
