- Cut the chicken in to bite size pieces..

- After that heat oil in a pan, deep fry the chicken pieces.when it done. Take it out and keep aside,mix the yogurt with chilly powder and garam masala..
- Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan add mustard seeds when it starts splutter add cumin seeds, red chillies and curry leaves.now add the yogurt mixture to it sauté for few second then add the fried chicken pieces to this. Again sauté for few minutes..
- Toss it until the chicken absorbs complete yogurt.remove it to a serving dish, if you want then you can garnish this with coriander leaves..
