- It's 200 gms of split black gram (Urad dal).
- It's 3 of green chillies.
- Prepare 1/2 of " ginger.
- It's 1/2 liter of curd.

- You need 10 of cashew splited in two halves.
- You need Few of raisins.
- Prepare of Oil for deep frying.
- You need 2 tbsp of Cumin powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of red chilli powder.

- You need 1/2 cup of tamarind chutney.
- It's 1/2 cup of green chutney.
- Prepare 1/4 cup of fine sev.
Stuffed Dahi Gujiya (Dahi Vada) step by step
- Wash and soak urad dal for 4-5 hours..
- Drain water and grind urad dal to fine paste with little water. Whisk it for 10 minutes with hand. Add salt and mix it..
- Make chilli and ginger paste..
- Heat oil. Now wet your hands and take little portion of urad dal paste on your hand and flatten it, keep one half of cashew, one raisin and a small portion of ginger-chilli paste on one side and cover it with other side. Deep fry Vada till golden brown on slow flame..
- Repeat the same procedure for all remaining vadas..
- In a big vessel take water add little salt. Now deep all vadas in water for 10 mins. Squeeze water out of all vadas and keep aside..
- Take curd and seive it. Add salt and sugar to it. And mix gently..
- Now while serving : take a bowl and place one Vada in it. Pour whisked curd over it. Add tamarind and green chutney above it. Sprinkle red chilli powder, cumin powder on it..
- Garnish with fresh coriander and sev. Enjoy your Gujiya Dahi Vada..
