Ingredients of Mutton Kofta Masala
- Prepare 250 grms of Mutton keema.
- You need 1 of + 1/4 tsp red chilli powder.
- It's 1 of + 1/4 tsp cumin powder.
- You need 1 of + 1/4 tsp coriander powder.
- You need 1/2 tsp of garam masala powder.
- Prepare 1/4 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- Prepare to taste of Salt.
- Prepare 1 of chopped small onion.
- You need leaves of Chopped corinder.
- Prepare of Grinded green chillies.
- You need of Fried onions(birista).
- It's 2 tbsp of kaju/magaz.
- It's 1 tsp of Ginger garlic paste.
- It's of Oil.
- It's 1 tbsp of besan.
- It's 1 of big potato.
- Prepare 2 of tomato.
- It's 2 tbsp of ghee.

Mutton Kofta Masala step by step
- Take washed and completely strained Keema in this add cumin powder+corinder pwdr+red chilli pwdr(1/4 tsp each)+salt+ onion chopped and some corinder leaves +besan(chane ka aata)+ 1/2 tsp grinded green chilli mix it well and keep in refrigerator for 3 to 4 hours..
- Grinded tomato to make a paste keep aside.then take fried onion(1//3 cup)+ kaju and little water and make a paste..
- Now heat oil(1/3 cup)in kadhai and take Keema and make tight balls of it and fry them till they turns to golden brown.in that same kadhai fry thick slices of potato and keep aside..
- In remaining oil add 1/2tsp ginger garlic paste and saute few seconds then add grinded tomato and cook untill oil seprates.add fried onion paste and cook for 2 mins..
- After that add red chilli powder+cumin powder+ coriander powder (1 tsp each) +garam maslaa powder+ turmeric powder+ salt and saute for 2 mins then add ghee and mix it well add 1/3 cup water and fried koftas and potato cover and cook for few minutes untill oil serprates and masala gets thick..
- Now turn off the flame and add fried onion(1/4 cup) mix it well garnish with corinder leaves and serve..
