- In a bowl mix Maida,sooji,baking powder and ghee.Mix it with for atleast 8 mins.Then add water to it to make a dough.Keep it aside for a while..
- In a pan add 2 tbps ghee and roast the sooji till it turns golden brown.Now remove it and add the khoya and fry it till it turns smooth and brown.Also add sugar to the khoya and cardamom powder.Then add sooji to it.If the mixture becomes dry and warm milk to it..
- Make small balls out of the dough and make desired shape..
