- First take 1 cup sugar with2 cup of water put on heat and allow to boil for 5 minute and turnoff the heat and set a side.
- Soak maash daal for 3 hour.
- Grind it and make fine paste.
- Add 1 tsp orange colour and beat it well.
- Pour it into piping bag.
- Prepare imarti.
- Put a pan add ghee and allow it to warm at l heat.
- Cook on low heat until crispy.
- Dip in warm sheera for 10 second and take out.
