- Prepare 400 grms of Mutton kheema (prefer baby goat).
- Prepare 1 finely sliced of Onion.
- It's 3 to 4 slitted of Green chillies.

- You need 1 tbsp of Red chilli powder.
- Prepare tsp of Turmeric powder.

- Prepare 2 tbsp of Dessicated Coconut.
- You need to taste of Salt.
- You need as needed of Roasted gram powder (kala chana).
- It's 2 tbsp of Mint leaves.

- Prepare 2 tbsp of Oil.
- Prepare of Whole spices -.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin whole.
- You need 1 of Cinnamon stick.
- You need 2 to 3 of Cloves.
- It's 2-3 of Pepper.
- Prepare 3 of Onion paste.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger garlic paste.
- It's as per taste of Salt.
- You need of Spices.
- It's 1 tsp of Red chilli powder.
- It's 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Coriander powder.
- You need 1 tsp of Cumin powder.

Mutton Kofta Curry instructions
- Marinate the kheema with the ginger garlic paste, spice powders,finely sliced onions,green chillies,dessicated coconut,mint leaves..
- Take this eating chana and grind it to a fune powder.Use this in koftas for binding.Marinate the mince Overnite for batter flavour.
- Apply oil on your palms and make small balls with marinated mince.Heat oil and drop 1 lofts at a time and fry till golden on all sides.Ser aside.
- In the same oil add the whole spices and the onion paste and fry.Fry till the onions turn to golden colour.Add dry spice powders.
- When the onion gravy has turned golden and nice aroma appears add the fried koftas.Add 1 cup water and cook.
- Cover and Cook till oil separates..
- Serve hot along with some chapatis or Rice and salad on the side.
