- Roll all puri.. On each puri put 1 spoon stuffing.
- Now fold it like the shape of gujiya.
- Press the sides by applying water.
- Now hot the ghee in a vessel.
- Fry all the Gujiyas in hot ghee but on slow flame till golden.
- Now dip all gujiya in chashni one by one.
- Now take out all gujiya.
