  1. Take a pan heat some oil and add mustard seeds, asafetida, curry leaves and garlic to it.
  2. Sauté in a little bit and add onions.
  3. Add little salt and turmeric to it and fry it for a minute or two.
  4. Add chopped leaves and close the lid.
  5. Let it cook for sometimes.
  6. Once the leaves are half cooked add some salt and water if required and let it cook with the lid on.
