Ingredients of Tiranga Sandesh
- It's 1 litre of milk.
- You need 2 teaspoons of vinegar.
- It's 1 tablespoon of milk powder.
- You need 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of orange emulsion.
- It's 1/2 tsp of kewra essence.
- You need 1/2 tsp of paan masala essence + green colour.
Tiranga Sandesh instructions
- Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring to boil. Add vinegar and mix till milk curdles..
- Strain the curdled milk in a bowl and press to drain out the excess water. Transfer chhena in another bowl and set aside..
- Add milk powder and powdered sugar to chhena and mix..
- Transfer on the worktop and knead for 5-10 minutes to make a smooth mixture..
- Divide the mixture into 3 portions.. In 1 portion add orange emulsion.. In 2 and portion add kewra essence. In 3 rd portion add green colour & paan masala essence...
- Transfer into greased mould...
- 1st put green sandesh layer then white kewra sandesh layer & orange sandesh layer on top...
- Set it into the fridge...
- Then demould & cut it into pieces and garnish it with silver varkh...
- Serve into plate ur Tiranga Sandesh....
