Ingredients of Sooji Gulab Jamun
- You need 1 cup of Roasted Sooji.
- Prepare 2 cup of Milk.
- You need 20 gm of Milk powder.
- Prepare 2 cup of sugar.
- It's 2 cup of water.
- It's Pinch of kesar/ safforn.
- You need 1/2 tsp of elachi(cardamom) powder.
- You need 1 tsp of ghee.
- You need As needed of Oil to fry.
Sooji Gulab Jamun step by step
- For Syrup:- Take a pan add water, sugar boil it add kesar, elachi powder boil 5-7 mins..
- For Gulab jamun balls:- Take a pan add ghee then milk stir well 2 seconds add Milk powder(i used everyday),1spn sugar boil for 5mins. Then add roasted Suji and continue stir well no lumbs will comes. Mix till the batter turns thick..
- Then mix like making dough with the help of hand. Then make a balls. Fry balls brownish colour..
