  1. You need 11/2 litre of Milk.
  2. It's 2 tsp of vinegar..
  3. It's 6 tbsp of powder sugar.
  4. You need 2 tbsp of milk powder.

  6. You need of Strawberry crush + rose emusion 1tbsp + 1 tsp dessicated coconut.
  7. You need of For bluberry roll.
  8. Prepare of blueberry crush 1tsp + 1 tsp dessicated coconut.
  9. You need of for Orange roll..
  10. You need of orange emulsion + 1tsp dessicated coconut..
  11. Prepare of for Thandai paan roll..
  12. It's of paan essence + green colour+ 1tbsp thandai masalala + 1tsp dessi.
  13. It's of for Oreo chocolate roll.
  14. You need of oreo biscuit crush.. 1cup chocolate ganache 1tsp.
  15. Prepare of white chocolate flakes for garnishing...

  1. Heat milk in a deep non-stick pan and bring to boil. Add vinegar and mix till milk curdles..
  2. Strain the curdled milk in a bowl andpress to drain out the excess water..
  3. Transfer chhena in another bowl and set aside..
  4. . Add milk powder and powdered sugar to chhena and mix..
  5. Transfer on the work top & knead for 5 minutes or till smooth texture..
  6. Divide the chhena mixture portion into 5 parts...
  7. In 1 part add strawberry rolls ingrdients..mix well..make ball...
  8. In 2 and part add blueberry rolls ingredients..mix well.make ball..
  9. In 3rd part add Orange rolls ingredients..mix well make ball..
  10. In 4 th part add Thandai paan rolls ingredients..mix well. make ball..
  11. In 5 th part Oreo chocolate roll Mix oreo crush & chocolate ganache...
  12. Mix well make ball..
  13. Keep the all balls into the fridge for 30 minutes..After 30 minutes take it out from the fridge & roll it like log shape.. make 4 rolls like this except Oreo ball...
  14. Now arrange the 2 rolls downside.& arrange another 2 upon this 2 roll...
  15. Cover it with cling paper..put it in the fridge about 1hour...
  16. After chilling take it out..remove the paper...
  17. Take oreo ball..roll it like roti...put roll log on it..& roll it..cover from all sides....
  18. Garnish with white chocolate flakes.. Chill for 2 hours in the fridge...
  19. Cut it into shape...as u want...
