- In a bowl take wheat flour and with the help of lukewarm water make a soft dough,cover it and keep it aside for 15 mins..
- Meanwhile we can prepare potato stuffing..for that grate or mash potato and add chopped spinach,chopped onion,green chilli,salt,garam masala,haldi powder,amchur powder and mix all ingredients well...
- Now from the dough take one round peda and make it flat with ur palm...
- Now keep ur peda in flat surface and roll it with rolling pin,now keep ur stuffing at one side and on the another side fold it carefully.with the help of fork,press it gently...
- Now heat a pan on medium flame and place ur paratha upon that and apply little butter on that cook it properly from both the side...
- After cooked from both the side take it out in a plate.(Here i have cut into 2 pieces u can serve like that also..) Serve hot with green coriander chutney..and enjoy with ur tea,cofee๐๐.
