Ingredients of Zafrani Sondesh
- You need 250 g of paneer (homemade).
- You need 2 tablespoon of milk powder.
- Prepare 2 tablespoon of whipped cream.
- It's 2 tablespoon of sugar powder.
- It's of Few strips of Saffron.
- Prepare as needed of Ghee/Butter.
Zafrani Sondesh step by step
- Mash the paneer with hands to get a cream consistency.
- Add the sugar and saffron into it and mix well on a pan over low flame.
- Add 2 tablespoon whipped cream and mix well till it thickens.
- Remove the mixture into a plate greased with butter or ghee.
- Let it cool at room temperature. Once done put it in refrigerator (deep fridge) for 1 hour.
- Remove and garnish with saffron and cut into your favourite shape. Keep it in normal fridge and serve cold.
