Kashmiri  Nargisi Kofta curry instructions

  1. For kofta mix all ingredients except oil and maida and mix well..
  2. For stuffing heat ghee in a pan add onion and saute for 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Mix all remaining ingredients except paneer and mix well saute for 2 minutes..
  4. Remove from heat and cool the mixture and add paneer and mix well..
  5. Divide the kofta mixture in dual portions and shape each portions into flat tikki and stuff 1tsp filling and cover again shape as a tikki..
  6. Coat each tikki in maida and deep fry till they turn in golden brown in colour..
  7. For gravy:-Heat oil and ghee in pan add all the whole sabut masala, add the onion paste and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes..
  8. Add ginger paste and saute for 1 minutes..
  9. Add red chilli powder, powdered sugar, jaiphal powder, cashewnut powder and salt, curd-cornflour mixture and mix well..
  10. Cook for 2 minutes in slow flame..
  11. Add cream, milk and saffron mixture and cook for 2-3 minutes..
  12. When mixture become thick place kofta and cook for 1 minutes..
  13. Garnish with saffron and serve hot with roti or naan..
