  1. Place jaggery and one and three fourth cups of water in a pan and dissolve jaggery over low heat..
  2. When dissolved increase the heat and bring to a boil and cook over high heat till a two thread consistency is reached..
  3. Mix in the rajgira, chopped cashew nuts, raisins and crushed green cardamom seeds quickly into the syrup. Take it off the heat and cool slightly..
  4. Grease your palms, make twelve laddoos (they are bigger than the normal boondi or besan ladoos). Or you take heart shaped & round shape mold....Leave to cool and serve or store in an airtight container..
