- You need 1/2 cup of Puffed ramdana (rajgira).
- You need 1/4 cup of Chikki jaggery (chikki gur).
- It's 8-10 of Cashewnuts chopped.
- You need 3 tbsp of chopped Raisins.
- It's 1 tsp of crush Green cardamom seeds.
Rajgira Ka ladoo instructions
- Place jaggery and one and three fourth cups of water in a pan and dissolve jaggery over low heat..
- When dissolved increase the heat and bring to a boil and cook over high heat till a two thread consistency is reached..
- Mix in the rajgira, chopped cashew nuts, raisins and crushed green cardamom seeds quickly into the syrup. Take it off the heat and cool slightly..
- Grease your palms, make twelve laddoos (they are bigger than the normal boondi or besan ladoos). Or you take heart shaped & round shape mold....Leave to cool and serve or store in an airtight container..
