Ingredients of Nargisi Kofta Curry
- It's 3 of Boiled duck egg.
- You need 1 & 1/2 cup of - Chicken kheema.
- It's 1 cup of - Chopped onion.
- Prepare 1/2 cup of chopped tomato.
- You need 1 tbsp of ginger & garlic paste.
- You need 2 tbsp of chilli powder.
- It's 1 tbsp of cumin powder.
- You need 1 tbsp of coriander powder.
- It's 2 tbsp of roasted gram flour.
- You need 1 tsp of gram masala powder.
- Prepare of Whole garam masala.
- You need of Salt & sugar as per your taste.
- You need of Oil for frying.
- Prepare 2/3 tbsp of Oil for gravy.
- Prepare 2/3 of Green chilli.
- It's 2 tbsp of Coriander leaves.
Nargisi Kofta Curry instructions
- Take 3 boiled duck eggs.
- Take a mixing jar add chicken kheema, green chilies, ginger, garlic paste coriander leaves & blend it well..
- In the same mixer jar add all masala, roasted gram flour & salt again blend it well..
- Grease your palm with oil, take the chicken mixture & flatten it., Put one whole egg in that & cover it with chicken mixture to prepare the koftas..
- Complete one by one all three koftas..
- Then fry those koftas in hot oil..
- For gravy, take frying pan add white oil once the oil is hot tempered with cinnamon, green cardamom & cloves..
- Next add chopped onion fry it for 2/3 mins, then add r tomato, ginger & garlic paste & mix it well..
- Then add chilli, coriander, cumin, & turmeric powder in it..
- Once the masala, onion& tomato mixed well, take it out..
- Blend the mixture properly..
- Then put it back in kadai add water a per requirements..
- Add salt & sugar as per taste..
- Once the gravy is little thick add those koftas in it & cook it for 4/5 mins..
- Finished the cooking after adding garam masala from top..
