Dry Silver Belly Fish Curry(Goan Style) step by step

  1. First take fish and wash properly.
  2. In a jar take coconut and all the ingredients, except aamchoor and make fine paste.
  3. Soak amchoor in water for some time.
  4. In a kadai add oil then followed by masala, let it cook add aamchoor water, salt to taste and water, cook for 5 minutes..
  5. Now add dry fishes and cook further for 5-10 mins, once the oil separates switch off the gas..
  6. Serve with chapati or with rice..

Lovely fish curry which is also lo in fat and calories. This recipe has been submitted by the Good Food community. Great curry - but quite hot. I'll probably only use one chilli next time. That said, I did use 'finger chillies' which are pretty hot!
