Rose shaped Paneer Momos instructions
- For making Dough.. take one cup maida in one bowl add salt and half teaspoon oil and knead the soft dough..
- Take another half cup of maida add salt and oil and knead the dough with beetroot juice. Cover the dough and let it rest for half an hour..
- For stuffing..take one frying pan..add oil. Saute onions till transculent. Add ginger garlic paste..
- Now add capsicum and carrots. Saute for one or two mins. Add paneer and mix for 2 mins..
- Now add all dry masalas and mix well.. switch of the flame. Let it cool..
- Now take white dough. Roll it like a tube in cylinder shape..
- Now take small portion of red dough and roll it in rectangular shape..
- Roll white cylinder shape over the red one as shown in pic..
- Cut It into equal parts. And press them gently..
- Take 3 parts and roll them in three sizes. First one should be bigger than second and second should be bigger than third...
- Place them over each other keeping second one over centre of the first one..
- Place the stuffing in between..
- Now join them from one edge to another..
- Now roll it from one end to another.. and open it like petals..
- Likewise Male all the momos..
- Keep the steamer and steam them for at least 20 mins...
- Seve them with momos chutney.
