- Boil milk & when it starts to show bubble add vinegar..
- Drain excess water from paneer..
- Heat ghee in a kadhai & add paneer.After 2 or 3 mins add jaggery..
- Stir it constantly to avoid burning..
- When it will start to leave the side of the kadhai switch off the flame..
- Make it cool & then mash it well..
- Then make sandesh as per your choice..
