- It's 6 of mini jamun.
- You need 1/2 cup of sugar syrup, in which jamuns were soaked.
- It's 1/2 cup of yogurt.
- You need 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour.
- Prepare 1 tsp of baking powder.

- Beat an egg with 1/2 cup of sugar syrup (which I prepared for jamun in 2:1 ratio of sugar and water with saffron and cardamom powder) until foamy and fluffy. Then add 1/2 of yogurt to it and beat again.
- Sieve 1 1/2 cup of all purpose flour and 1 tsp of baking powder..
- Slowly mix dry ingredients with egg yogurt mixture. If it's too thick,you can added a tbsp of sugar syrup. It should be in a nice batter consistency..
- Spray the cooking oil on the cupcake liners and start adding 2 tbsp of the batter, then place a mini jamun and again fill with the batter for 3/4 of the liner.
- Baked at 350F for 20 - 25 mins. And the muffins are ready.Serve as such or you can add your favorite frosting to it and enjoy!.
