  2. It's 1 cup of dry grated coconut (roasted).

  1. Stuffing :- In a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee add rawa & roast for a few mins.
  2. Add chopped dry fruits, roast,add poppy seeds, add roasted coconut roast it for sometime,off the flame. Add raisins, powdered sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
  3. For the dough :- In a bowl add maida, 2 tbsp ghee,salt mix well.
  4. Knead with water & make a smooth dough.
  5. Divide the dough into 15 balls..
  6. Roll out to make a puri..
  7. Place a tsp of filling in the centre of the puri, stick the edges together.
  8. Deep fry the gujiyas in medium hot oil till light golden.
