- You need 250 gms of maida.
- It's 1 cup of dry grated coconut (roasted).
- You need 1 cup of powder sugar.
- You need 1/2 cup of rawa.
- Prepare 4 tbsp of ghee.
- Prepare 1 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need 1 tsp of poppy seeds.
- Prepare as needed of dry fruits chopped.

- Stuffing :- In a pan heat 2 tbsp ghee add rawa & roast for a few mins.
- Add chopped dry fruits, roast,add poppy seeds, add roasted coconut roast it for sometime,off the flame. Add raisins, powdered sugar and cardamom powder mix well.
- For the dough :- In a bowl add maida, 2 tbsp ghee,salt mix well.
- Knead with water & make a smooth dough.
- Divide the dough into 15 balls..
- Roll out to make a puri..
- Place a tsp of filling in the centre of the puri, stick the edges together.
- Deep fry the gujiyas in medium hot oil till light golden.
