  6. It's 2 tsp of chopped nuts.
  7. Prepare 2 tsp of cardamom powder.
  8. You need 2 tsp of ghee.
  9. It's 4-5 of silver vrk.
  10. Prepare of Oil for frying.

  1. Add maida,oil and enough water and make a soft dough..
  2. Take rest for 2 hours..
  3. Heat ghee in a wok,add boiled chana daal and roast it..
  4. Now add khoya, chopped nuts and cardamom powder and mix well..
  5. Keep it cool now add powder sugar and mix well..
  6. Make small balls with the dough..
  7. Make small Puri,fill the chana daal mixture and cover with another Puri..
  8. Fold edges of the gujiya..
  9. Heat oil in a wok, deep fried all chandrakala gujiyas..
  10. Garnish with silver vrk and chopped pista..
