- Prepare 1/2 kg. of Maida.
- It's 5 tbsp of oil.
- It's 1 cup of boiled chana daal.
- Prepare 1/2 bowl of khoya.
- It's 1 bowl of powdered sugar.
- It's 2 tsp of chopped nuts.
- Prepare 2 tsp of cardamom powder.
- You need 2 tsp of ghee.
- It's 4-5 of silver vrk.
- Prepare of Oil for frying.

- Add maida,oil and enough water and make a soft dough..
- Take rest for 2 hours..
- Heat ghee in a wok,add boiled chana daal and roast it..
- Now add khoya, chopped nuts and cardamom powder and mix well..
- Keep it cool now add powder sugar and mix well..
- Make small balls with the dough..
- Make small Puri,fill the chana daal mixture and cover with another Puri..
- Fold edges of the gujiya..
- Heat oil in a wok, deep fried all chandrakala gujiyas..
- Garnish with silver vrk and chopped pista..
