Ingredients of Suji Appams
- It's 300 Gms of suji/semolina.
- You need 100 gms of besan(gram flour).
- It's 100 ml of sour curd.
- Prepare as needed of Seasme,mustard seeds.
- Prepare 1 tsp of baking soda.
- You need to taste of Salt per taste.
- Prepare as needed of Some Grated cabbage,greenchillies,coriander.
- You need as needed of Oil.
Suji Appams step by step
- Soak suji,besan in sour curd for around 5-6 hrs.
- Add chopped cabbage, green chillies and coriander.
- Grease appam mould with little oil.
- A 1 spoon of baking soda in a portion of batter and give a thorough mix.
- Add til and mustard seeds in each cavity and then add the batter.cover and cook..
- After 3-4 mins flip them off gently.
- Take them out in a serving plate and serve hot with chutney of your choice..
