  1. Clean & marinate the fish well with salt and turmeric powder.
  2. Heat oil and fry the fish well and remove.

  4. Add ginger garlic paste and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder.
  5. Add onion chopped and saute well till it is soft and brown.
  6. Add cumin-coriander powder and red chilli Powder and mix well.
  7. Add tomato and saute well till oil separates.
  8. Add water and boil along with the fish.
  9. Add sugar and mix well.
