  4. To_make_kofta: 1: mix all the ingredients under kofta with the mince mix well, and make balls keep aside..
  5. Heat oil add grinned onions, ginger & garlic paste and fry on high flame till gets golden..
  6. Then add yogurt, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, salt, garam masala powder mix and cook on high flame for 2 minutes..
  7. Now add water 3 to 4 cups, wait for a boil on high flame..
  8. Add the balls and wait for a boil on high flame, then cover and cook on low to medium flame for 8 to 12 minutes..
  9. Then add fresh coriander, green chilli mix..
