  4. Make equal portions of dough for gujiya. Add the stuffing of gujiya at the center and close the side ends of it. You can make different side shapes. Fry the gujiya in frying pan. Let them cool down. Add them in sugar syrup. Take out from there place them in serving dish..
  5. Your yellow Gujiya for Holi is ready.
