- Prepare 150 gm of Coconut powder.
- You need 100 gm of khoya.

- Take a bowl put all purpose flour add ghee in it mix it well..
- By using water make a soft dough and divide it into two parts. Rest the dough for 10 minutes.
- Take one dough and add orange eatable food colour mix it well.Take another dough add green eatable food colour and mix it well..
- Now take a pan on low flame add 2tbs ghee, coconut powder, khoya, castor sugar, raisins, Chironji, pistachios and cherry in it for 3-4 minutes and now our stuffing is ready..
- Now make balls of it.take a ball and make it a plain sheet make cuts in it from the center the edges should not be cut. Now take another colour ball and make it a plain sheet don't make cuts on it, apply some water at the edges of first sheet paste the second sheet on it. Now fill the stuffing in it now apply some water at the edges and fold it. Press it with a help of a folk..
