- It's 1 cup of Rajgira flour.
- It's 1/2 cup of Ghee.
- It's 2 of Banana.
- It's 2 cup of Milk.
- Prepare 1 cup of Sugar.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Cardmom powder.
- You need 2 tbsp of Chopped dry fruits(Almonds and Cashewnuts).
- You need 1 tbsp of Raisins.
- You need 2-3 tbsp of Grated dry coconut.
- You need of Whole almonds and cashewnuts for garnishing.
Banana Rajgira Sheera instructions
- Start by heating the ghee in a deep kadhai..
- Once the ghee is hot add rajgira flour in it and start stirring it. Continuously stir and roast the rajgira flour..
- Once the colour changes to light golden brown add banana slices and mix well and cook for 3-4minutes..
- Then add milk and stir it continuously..
- Now add sugar and mix well..
- Heat the sheera on low flame until the liquid evaporates. Stir the sheera continuously while cooking it..
- Now add cardamom powder dry fruits raisins and dry coconut and mix well..
- Banana Rajgira Sheera is done once it gets good texture and start releasing the kadhai..
- Banana Rajgira Sheera is ready to serve..
