- Switch off the flame when everything is mix well & become a smooth paste..
- Take a small size of dough &give it round shape,Do this with rest of dough..
- Roll it on rolling board &give it circle shape.
- Put some stuffing in the centre..
- Fold gujjiya in to half,Apply water on the edges & seal them with fork..
- We can also use gujjiya mould to give them perfect shape..
- Now take a pan,add water,sugar,green cardamon & kesar strands or a pinch of yellow colour.Boil them until they become thick..
- Take a Karahi,pour desi ghee in it..
- Deep fry the gujjiya one by one till they become little brown in colour..
- Take them out &put on tissue paper.Dil the gujjiya in syrup for few seconds..
- They r ready to serve..
