- Take a vessel put it on flame with milk in it heat it and add citric acid.
- Milk solid and water become separated within 5 minutes strain it with help of strainer.
- Now hung this for 5- 6 hours in a muslin cloth.
- After All water strained you will get paneer take a plate and mash it with help of your palm now add Rose essence,sugar, raspberry red colour and cardamom powder mix it well and knead like dough.
- Make small balls from this dough.
- Now flatten them softly with help of palm garnish it with rose leaves.
- Refrigerate it for 1 hour.
- Your rose sandesh is ready to eat.
