- You need 1 Cup of Gram flour (for boondi).
- Prepare as needed of Water.
- You need 1/4 of th tspn cardamom powder.
- It's 1 pinch of orange & yellow food colour(for boondi).
- You need 1 cup of Sugar (for syrup).
- Prepare 1 cup of water(for syrup).
- You need 1 cup of flour (for gujiya).
- Prepare 2tsp of semolina.
- It's 1 pinch of salt.
- It's 1tsp of cardamom powder.
- It's 3tsp of ghee.
- It's 50 gm of melted chocolate for choco layer.

- For yellow boondi,make a batter of gram flour,cardamom powder & yellow food colour..
- For orange colour boondi, make batter in same process using orange colour..
- Heat ghee,fry boondi in medium heat using a ladle with hole.Fry it just for 30 to 40 sec..
- Make yellow boondi in same process..
- Make sugar syrup & boil the boondis in it for 2 mins. Then switch off the flame & keep it like this with lid for an hour.Boondi is ready..
- Now make gujiya dough.Make hard dough, otherwise it will not crispy for long time.One dough make with flour, semolina, salt & cardamom powder.For chocolate dough add melted chocolate..
- Take small portion from both dough & roll it like roti.Put the chocolate roti on white roti & again put one white roti on it..
- Roll 3 rotis together into a tight roll.
- Cut the rolls into pieces & roll it again..
- Now fill some sweet boondis in it & seal the edges..
- Heat ghee & deep fry it in medium flame..
- Make sugar syrup & dip the gujiyas in syrup just for 3 to 5 mins.Don't soak much otherwise it will not crispy for long time..
