  1. It's 1 litre of high fat Milk.
  2. It's 500 gm of Sugar.
  3. Prepare 1 cup of Chopped dry fruits.
  4. You need 1 cup of Grated Fresh Coconut.
  5. It's 500 gm of maida.
  6. You need of Required ghee/oil to fry.
  7. It's 1 pinch of kesar/Saffron.

It is made of wheat flour, besan, dry fruits, edible oil, spices and condiments, sugar, iodized salt, citric acid, asafoetida and bay leaf. Dry fruit Gujiya / Dry Fruit Kachori instructions

  1. Boil in a Pan 1 litre milk and keep stirring till it becomes Mawa. Add sugar to it and Make it like Milk Cake.
  2. Chop the required dry fruits and saute them in Ghee, after they become little crispy and crunchy, add grated coconut into it saute well. Add this mixture into Milk cake and mix them well for stuffing..
  3. Knead a soft dough of maida taking ghee. Add some salt as per taste to it. Now make small sized balls and roll them. Fill the stuff and give it a shape of Momos/Kachori. Fry them till they get golden colour..
  4. In a kadai boil around 1.5 glass water and add 250gm sugar into it. When all sugar is dissolved add the saffron and bring this syrup to a thickness of 2 strings..
  5. Add the fried dry fruit kachori/momos into the syrup and let it rest for 4 5 hours..
  6. The sweet dish is ready to serve.
